2. Plant Fabrication and Construction
We manufacture all unit equipment and interconnected systems necessary for producing lead and recycled plastics from ULAB. Through professional construction, we realize optimized process operations.
A. Pre-treatment Plant:
Breaking / Separation / Desulfurization

ULAB are broken and separated/sorted into their constituent materials. Among the separated and collected components, the lead paste is gathered after undergoing a desulfurization process followed by dehydration.
The final separated and collected materials are as follows:
■ Desulfurized Lead Paste (PbCO3)
■ Metallic Lead (Grids, Electrodes)
■ Polypropylene (PP)
■ Polyethylene (PE) and Other Plastics
B. Smelting / Refining / Casting Plant
Lead paste and metallic lead (grids and electrodes) separated through the pre-treatment process are converted into lead through the smelting process. Pure lead and lead alloys are produced through the refining process.
C. Cupola Furnace
Depending on the client's operational conditions and preferences, we provide the Cupola furnace, a traditional lead smelting method.
D. Air Pollution Control Plant
The recycling process for ULAB generates various types of exhaust gases. The generated flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere only after undergoing proper purification treatment.
E. Plant Construction
All unit equipment and interconnected systems require zero-defect, precise installation.
